Abstract

Infeksi virus dengue dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya trombositopenia, yang memungkinkan terjadinya perdarahan dan komplikasi. Salah satu bahan yang mengandung antioksidan dan berpotensi sebagai pangan fungsional adalah kulit buah naga merah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh yogurt kulit buah naga merah terhadap kadar trombosit trombositopenia tikus Wistar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain control group pre-post-test. Tikus Wistar jantan secara acak dibagi menjadi tujuh kelompok: K-; K +; K1 (5%); K2 (10%); K3 (15%); K4 (20%); K5 (25%). Trombositopenia diinduksi oleh heparin 0,1 ml / 100 gram BB selama 3 hari. Intervensi dilakukan selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua kelompok mempunyai perbedaan yang bermakna sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p <0,05). Analisis post hoc menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada semua kelompok (p <0,05). Yogurt kulit buah naga merah dengan komposisi 25% merupakan dosis efektif untuk meningkatkan kadar trombosit pada tikus yang mengalami trombositopenia.
